So, Bryn will be starting her first day of day care soon. Just guess how much its going to cost me.... $400 a month. Ya, I am moving out of my apartment, no way I can afford everything. I really like this day care too. I meet her teacher... yes she actually has a TEACHER! And she has outside play time and they'll help me potty train her, which is good because its kinda hard to potty train when your never home. You have to depend on everyone else, which sucks, but what can you do. I think she'll love it because she'll be learning and playing and she already gets along with all the kids, she got mad at me when I said it was time to go. So hopefully this is a good thing....
I have officially gotten a college interview everyone! Yes I'm going on Tuesday morning before work. I am going to be a vet tech, and hopefully become an actual vet. I realized that I have absolutely no talent, in anything, but I know I have a big heart and love everyone and everything. So I know that I would be good at a vet, or even a nurse, but I tend to snap at cranky people, so I prefer animals... they don't talk back. Anyway thats all for now. Bryn and I are doing good. I love my girl more than anything. She cracks me up. She knows she's "mommy's princess"

So it's been a really really long time, its been a rough few months. Brynlee is growing up so fast and learning everything, she had her 2nd birthday in december and she looks so grown up. I need to post pictures. She is being potty trained right now and I let her take her diaper off so she could sit on the potty and she ended up pooping on our bedroom floor, very yummy smelling. Anyway it has been so tough these last few months. I work full time now and I feel like I never get to see her. Poor girl. My mom has been good to watch her though. Anyway thats all for now.

My niece just got married on the 28th of november, I can't believe it. But I couldn't imagine a better guy for her, so congrats. I need to upload my pictures, but it may take awhile because this computer is really slow, so for now congradulations on your marriage, everything turned out beautiful! And Jimyl looked as beautiful as ever. They were married in the Bountiful Temple and had a reception at the Chantilly Mansion. I'm really happy for the both of you, welcome to the fam Tod. These past few weeks have been terribly hard. You can never predict what'll happen in life, you wish it would go one way and it always seems to be the opposite. I know that things can get better though. Things can only get bad for so long before they get better. Right? I know that life it hard, it is never easy, but I also know that you are never alone. There is always some one voting for you to succeed in life, whether you don't believe in yourself or not, they do. They are counting on you to pull through. And sometimes that is all you need to know. To know that someone believes that you can make a difference. I believe that I can make a difference, the question is... do you? Think about it.

So Jamie and I tried to get Bryn to lay down so we could take a picture, she thought it was so funny to fall down and put her legs up in the air. I love this picture because it shows her little personality!

So last night chris and I put Bryn to bed we heard her in her room talking and then all of the sudden we hear her door creak open and her talking getting louder she pops her head in the door and says hi mommy hi daddy. I don't know how she did it but she climbed out of her crib. Oh but that isn't the best part. I was at work this morning and chris was woken up by a little girl standing over the top of him. She did it again! AND she even climbed up to our bed. My mind is boggled. So we have put her big girl bed together and we are ready to try it out, so far its giving me a headache cause she won't stay put and when you try to lay next to her, she puts her finger up your nose or in your eye or just plain screams bloody murder, here come the terrible two's.

Game Night

So chris and I have been doing game night the past few nights consistaning of slap jack, speed, Sorry, Battleship, and Monoply and I realized that either he is a dirty cheater or I just really suck cause I have lost every single game(unless I'm just a really nice wife and let my husband win.) except Battleship and I won one game in Slap Jack and Speed, but I have to admit I knew when my Jacks where coming, so I guess I cheated on that one. But we just couldn't help but laugh. Oh and while we were playing battleship I would guess like C1 and think I guess C2 so I'll go to C3 and then guess C1 and he's like you already guessed that, I have officially lost my mind, and I did it more than once. But I don't even mind cause we couldn't help but laugh.

Successful Bake Sale

So I would like to express my gratitude to everyone that was able to help at the bake sale. I think it was a big success. I would download pictures but I forgot my camara so soon. But we had homemade salsa, tortillas, cupcakes, cookies, toffee, vanilla wafers with peanut butter in them dipped in chocolate, no bake cookies, bananna cream pie, better than sex cake, chocolate cake, rolls, cinnamon rolls and much more. It turned out great. We were able to raise $1,000.00 dollars so thankyou to everyone that helped made this a success, couldn't have done it without you!

chris has a friend who's little girl, 4 years of age, that has a brain tumor. The doctors have given her 9 to 12 months left to live. Now I know that all of us have kids, they need to raise 60 thousand dollars in 60 days. Please have it in your hearts to at least read thier website. maryn'shope.org. Think about if it was your child and you didn't have the money. A little goes a long way.

SO ITS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I HAVE UPDATED OUR BLOG. IT HAS BEEN A TRYING MONTH FOR OUR FAMILY. MY DAD WENT IN FOR HIS SURGERY AND IT WAS HARD FOR US. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT MY DAD HAD A BAD VALVE AND THAT IT MIGHT NEED TO BE REPLACED. IF SO, I HAD TWO CHOICES, YES I HAD TO MAKE THE CHOICE BECAUSE MY DAD WAS PASSED OUT. THE FIRST CHOICE WAS A VALVE THAT WOULD ONLY LAST MAYBE 15 YEARS, BUT HE WOULDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT. THE SECOND CHOICE WAS A VALVE THAT HE WOULD NEED TO TAKE MEDICATION WITH IT WHICH IS A KIND OF RAT POISEN, BUT HE WOULD TAKE IT IN MODERATION, THE DOWN SIDE TO IT WOULD THAT HE COULD BLEED OUT. BUT THE GOOD THING WITH IT IS IT WOULD THIN OUT HIS BLOOD WHICH WOULD HELP HIM BECAUSE HE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE BLOOD GETTING TO HIS BRAIN. SO ANYWAY HE HAD 3 BY PASSES. HE WAS IN THE HOSPTAIL FOR A WEEK. CHRIS AND I TOOK TURNS INBETWEEN WORK TO BE UP THERE WITH HIM. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT WEEK WE GOT MAYBE A TOTAL OF 8 HOURS OF SLEEP. NOW HE IS OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND WAS LIVING WITH US, BUT WAS ABLE TO MOVE BACK HOME. ALSO DURING THAT WEEK MY GRANDMA DIED. MY LAST LIVING GRANDMA, BUT SHE SUFFERED FROM ALHIMERZ SO IT WAS MORE OF A RELIEF. SHE SUFFERED FOR AT LEAST 16 YEARS.
AND THIS WEEK CHRIS AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING 6 DAYS A WEEK, CHRIS HAS BEEN WORKING LIKE 10 HOURS A DAY AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING 4 TO 9 HOURS A DAY. I FEEL BAD FOR BRYN BECAUSE SHE HASN'T SEEN US IN SO LONG THAT WE HAVE A PLAN THAT ONCE THINGS ARE BACK TO NORMAL WE ARE GOING TO GO TO THE ZOO ALL DAY. I AM SOPER DUPER EXCITED!!!!!!
OH AND CHRIS AND HIS COMPANY, RELIANT COMICS HAVE FINALLY FINISHED A BOOK! THEY ARE DOWNLOADING IT ONTO THE COMPUTER AND GETTING READY TO PRINT! SO YOU GUYS BETTER BE READY TO BUY ONE :) CAUSE IT IS GREAT!

So here is an update on my family events, tomorrow bryn is going to her 18 month check up. She is growing up so fast. Oh and last sunday was her first day in nursery, I think she liked it, out of the two of us I was the one who cried, I wasn't ready to let go. My sister had another baby just 1 week ago. He was 6 pounds 6 oz and 18 in. He is absolutely a heart breaker. WELCOME TO THE WORLD LITTLE ZAK!
Update on my dad? Well we went to the doctors today and they told he showed me some pictures of my dads heart he has 5-6 blockages in his blood flow to his heart which is really bad because this means he has very little blood going to his heart. The doctor told me that he needs to stop smoking and that he needs to walk half a mile every day so Bryn and I are going to come up and make sure he is doing it. I'm too young and not ready for my dad to die. He also said that I needed to get everyone together that cares about him to get to his next appointment because we will be talking about some life changing things. I don't know what that is but it doesn't sound good. The sadest part is that my dad has given up the will to live. It breaks my heart to see my dad go through this but what hurts the most is the fact that he doesn't want to fix it, that if he could he would just be put to sleep. So lately we have been using our prayers to help him along.

So here is the update for today. Today Chris and I are celebrating Fathers Day because Chris has to work so we are going to the bees game. He loves going to the bees game so I thought that would be a fun fathers day activity. But unfortunately the rest of the day I spent at the hospital with my dad. He had surgery but recovered ok. But tuesday he is going up to the university of utah for another surgery because he as plaque build up around his heart which is causing his heart to fail. So please just keep us in your hearts and pray for my dad that he'll pull through ok.

She reminds me of the sun, she is always smiling and happy, except when we are at church and I want her to be happy. Typical. But I love her all the same I couldn't imagine my life with out my little girl. I am full of thanks each day I come home from work and this little precious girl comes running up to me saying MAMA! laughing all the way. My heart just melts. I can't not express enough how much this little angel as changed my life for the better. And how I am a better person because of her.

First I would just like to say that I LOVE SUMMER! I hate the weeding, and I have a ton of it to do but I love summer. Since I have to fix up our whole yard though my reward is going to be a hammach, I don't even know how to spell that. Anyway I also just want to thank everyone for thier comments, and Ellen and Joe, I cant get into your blog, I'm a tard. Any way My life is pretty hecktic right now, I have been working 7 days a week and my day has been starting at 4 in the morning till about 10 at night. I know crazy right. So chris, being the great husband that he is has given me the oppurtunity to get away for a few days. I'm up at my moms this weekend and couldn't wait to get some sun, ya it rained. Story of my life. But I am determined to enjoy myself even if it kills me, and it just might, jk. But I miss my little girl and my honey buns I have to admit, but I can't lie, I need the sleep so for now, adios amigos see you soon.

So it's been awhile and I'm sorry it's been a little crazy,

that and we don't have the internet so I try to write as

much as I can. Chris, Brynlee and I have just moved into

our first house. We aren't officially moved in all the

way but we are close. We are so excited we have been

waiting patiently for a long time and finally are doing

it. Brynlee loves the house there is so much room for

her to play and a big back yard. She is now 15 months

old and is very smart. Chris is doing well at his work

and so am I thankfully. But that is all for now. Enjoy

the coming spring, I know I will.

8 Things that happened yesterday: I went to

the doctor's with my dad, played with Bryn,

took a nap, went out for dinner, went shopping,

colored with Chris, watched a movie with Chris

and went to bed sick.

8 Things to look forward to tomorrow: Not having

to get up at 4 in the morning to go to work, seeing

my dad, playing with Bryn, taking Chris to work,

watching Bryn throw her toys in the toliet,

cleaning up after Bryn, Running after Bryn and

cleaning the house.

I'm not at all surprised to see Bryn trying to eat the Santa Clause that has Reese's pieces in it, because that is what I craved while I was pregnant. I wonder if that carries over?
This is me holding up a Journey Necklace that Chris got for me. For our first Christmas he got me one to represent the journey ahead of us. And then this one has Bryn's birthstone in it to represent our journey as a family. Thank you Babe, I love it.

So it's Christmas Eve and we are going sleigh riding with Mimi and Papa Johnson, Ellen and Joe with their kids and Kelly. Well being the absent minded person that I am I forgot some of Bryn's things. She didn't have boots or gloves. So we had her were her nice shoes and wrapped socks around them. And luckily for me, Ellen was prepared and had some extra baby gloves that Bryn could borrow. Thankyou Ellen!

All there is to say is, Is there really any other team to root for? Our family is Utah fans all the way. "GO UTES!" This is our beautiful family outside the Salt Lake Temple on May 10th where we were sealed for all eternity. Thank you so much to everyone that was able to come. This was a very important day for us and nothing is better than to celebrate it with family.
